Born in Dublin, Brenda has been a keen painter since early childhood and takes her inspiration from the rugged landscape and dramatic moody skies of the west of Ireland. She uses mainly pastel and acrylic mediums.
She regularly exhibits in variious locations, including St. Stephens Green, IFSC Dublin Dockland Festival, Rathfarnham Castle, and the Steps Gallery and had a solo exhibition in the EU Commission in Co.Meath.
Brenda shows her work weekly on Merrion Square North.
